WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT FEES?
- Standard tickets are £20, which covers our basic running costs.
- Abundant tickets are £25, and help us to support those who would otherwise not be able to attend.
- Supported rate tickets (£15) are for those in need of extra support - please only choose this if you really need it!
- Helper tickets are free for a few people who are willing and able to help. Someone will be in touch to confirm the details - thank you!
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Our outdoor sessions will run regardless of the weather! There will not be a wet weather refund, as we'll still be covering venue hire, snack and facilitator costs.
- For the same reason we can't offer refunds after 30 September.
- Other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Exchange: If you give your ticket to someone else, please send us their name so we can update our list.
